A Feather In Your Cap

Steve is VERY cautious lad. VERY! There was a feather in the yard and both dogs ignored it for the better part of the day, but fairly late in the afternoon, Steve noticed it.

 He approached cautiously, and eventually, he went in for a sniff.

 It stuck to his nose and he absolutely froze!  LOL

He eventually started trying to get it off, but tried rubbing his nose in the grass and whatever, but then his long tongue came out and he ate it.

I yelled at him when he got it into his mouth, which is the 3rd pic where he's sitting at my feet but will NOT look me in the eyes.

 

The Red Dog Saloon

This is more of a test than anything as I had posted about the fuzzy butts (hounds) earlier today but Blogger isn't allowing me to upload photos for the final post about Canada...

Anyway, Mama Chaos and I visited the Red Dog Saloon that was made famous in the song, Springtime In Alaska, written by Tillman Franks (first recorded by Johnny Horton), but made most famous by Johnny Cash:

So, I took a little stroll to the Red Dog Saloon

Anyway...  I had to make sure it didn't leak.
