Rob and some buddies had planned a trip to St. Louis for a San Diego Padres vs. the St. Louis Cardinals baseball game. There were supposed to be a couple of other lads with them with one of them driving that family's large SUV so they only had to take one car.
Well, after a COVID case or two, it was down to 6 boys who now had no vehicle and the only one old enough to get a hotel room was out as well. Oh! and... this was a day before leaving.
So they ended up taking our mini-van and heading out knowing full well that after the game ended around 10pm, they would need to drive back home instead of waiting until the next day. And that is precisely what they did.

So you may be wondering about what time they returned home? Yes? Well, they pulled into our driveway at 4:30am sharp! Rob drove the full way home, which was not according to plan, but how it worked out.
